1. The level must be clearly PlatinumQuest-themed. (The Universes Colliding series by alexnico is an exception.) 2. No laps or hunt. 3. It must be a beatable level. 4. It cannot be a 'no gems' or 'no time travels' or 'NGTT' copy of a level.
